3. Account Management and Security

Single Account Policy
Only one ace536 account is permitted per person. If multiple accounts are created using the same person, family, address, device or payment method, all such accounts will be closed and any funds held in them may be forfeited.
Account Transfer Prohibited
An ace536 account is strictly personal. Selling, transferring, renting or giving your account to another person for their use is strictly prohibited. ace536 reserves the right to close the account if this rule is violated.
4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Processing Time

- Deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳26,000.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must complete wagering of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.
The period for meeting wagering requirements and the contribution of specific games will be determined according to ace536 guidelines.
Other Promotional Offers
ace536 regularly provides various promotional offers, cashback benefits and VIP rewards. Each offer may have its own terms. ace536 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion.
If bonus abuse is suspected, ace536 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
VIP and Cashback Program
The ace536 VIP program has four tiers, each with a weekly cashback rate:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Progression from one tier to a higher tier depends on your regular gaming activity.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
Rules for Placing Bets
Once a bet is placed on ace536 it is considered final. A bet cannot be cancelled or changed after it has been confirmed, unless ace536 itself decides to void it due to a technical error.
Technical Issues
If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game or betting session, ace536 reserves the right to review the relevant transaction. ace536 may reject any incorrect figures or winning claims that appear as a result of a technical error.
Monitoring of Suspicious Activity
ace536 monitors all betting activity. If unusual betting patterns, account manipulation or any other suspicious activity is detected, ace536 reserves the right to open an investigation, place any winnings on hold and close the account.
